Bowing from Kyoto in 2024!

From mid-January through February 3rd - THE KYOTO 3 -  , a contemporary textile small works show curated by Keiko Kawashima can be seen @Neutral, Shinhorikawa Bunka Bldg, 2Fl., Kyoto. This extensive exhibition presents the work of 83 contemporary textile artists of Japan.

Japanese Public Broadcasting NHK program "すてきにハンドメイド (Nicely Handmade)" featuring Tachibana Noriko's tote bags. Guest appearance by Jorie explaining the mechanism of felting, showing folk boots from Dagestan and images of found objects from the "Little River Cemetery", Xinjang 2000-1000 BC.
